"I tried to make out name of replacement for the old Cheris. No luck. " One is ROMA and another is Mr. Chow. If your hubby wants great Italian the reviews for ROMA have been outstanding.

I think the complex is named Oasis. I've seen on FB things like "Roma at Oasis," etc. Just guessing as I haven't been there yet.
