I was prepared in December to argue with them because it isn't an owner's update. The last time we went, the guy even told us it isn't an owner's update.
Apparently, because we were there in February, they didn't feel the need to argue with us. Michael says they have a picture of us behind the desk saying "don't mess with these two".

Went this the other day, but before our rep ‘Jackson’ started his pitch, I politely told him that we were not interested and our answer would be no. So he asked then why are you here, I told him about the concierge desk issue and he said that are not supposed to schedule the meeting if you say not interested, as it is a waste of time for both. Suzanne was there as well and said they will talk to the concierge desk about this issue. Obviously it has not happened yet.
