We will be traveling in the Bay Area next April, and we're wondering whether a short visit to Yosemite will make any sense? Is a 2-night visit there worthwhile? Also, how is the drive to Yosemite from San Francisco? Looking at on-line maps, I see a whole bunch of switchbacks in one area. One of us has severe height phobia problems, so we wonder if the drive to Yosemite might be too problematic? Any other Yosemite comments are highly welcome too!
