Yesterday as I was boarding my flight from Ottawa, I heard a voice call out ""islandgem". Once on board , I had a nice conversation with Richard and Dawn who have been followers for several years. They live in another part of Ottawa but we had never met. They recognized me from my picture and told me how much they have enjoyed my posts over the years . It was lovely meeting these folks and hope they might post a little on the forum in the future. I have met many people from TTOL over the years and some have become really good friends. Special thanks to Carol and Eric Hill who have kept this travel forum going for many years and have enabled many people to get together!
