The large Super U's and Carrefour will have a very good selection of European cheeses, also there is a cheese shop in Marigot that is very nice. https://lecomptoirdesfromages.fr/en/Le Comptoir has a wine & cheese pairing you can do, we tried it and enjoyed it.
