When taking the water taxi from the St. Thomas airport to BVI customs, via Chillout Charters & Water Taxi or Dolphin Water Taxi, how much should I tip the skipper of the taxi? We have never used a water taxi going from the USVI to the BVI. Thanks in advance for any information that you care to pass along.
