The French Deli has phenomenal cheese - way better than any US supermarket. Steakation has good meat, though not cheap. Seafood Kjngdom has very good fish, shellfish, conch, etc.
We bring ribeyes from our farmer friend, but otherwise we buy, or grow, everything on island. We have a Solar Bear, which fits the personal item specs, or we put it in another bag.
