It has to be remove on land, then buried. People will say, if you scoop it up with nets, you'll scoop up the wildlife that is trapped inside it and that,it would hurt the ecosystem. It's a NO win situation!! We'd all be rich if there was a to vacuum it up and shoot out the wildlife!!!
