Cap'n Matt, While I have not been a victim of crime I have been threatened twice, once by a drug addled dude on Union because I politely declined his offer for ice and once on Mayreau when I declined the services of a boat boy offering to help us anchor right on the beach. Sadly there are many well reported cases of crime against tourists in the area and no island other than perhaps Mustique is exempt. Using precautions, common sense, and situational awareness and you and your guests will be OK virtually anywhere in the Caribbean.
