You might make the 1pm. It takes 30 minutes to get to Road Town, and taxis are expensive, so no point in going there for the 1:30; better to arrange a private run with Speedy's. Or simply go to the Loose Mongoose and wait for the next ferry.
Agreed with this. Definitely do not take the taxi to Road Town for the 1:30.
You have a chance to make the 1pm. Make sure you are first in line for Customs and Immigration. And then tell the taxi people you are catching the 1pm.
If you don't want to risk not making that and having to wait until 4:30pm for the next one, book a private transfer. Should be like $400 or so. Which, is significantly more than 4 ferry tickets at $120, just depends on how much you value waiting.
