Unlike Lil Deb we had friends who decided they didnt want their units anymore and just stopped paying the maintenance and never notified Sapphire that they wanted to turn in their units. They are now being contacted by a collection agency. Also we never had problems getting towels. You turn in the used ones at night and pick up new one in the morning.
