I agree. I can't figure out why these discussions always end in an argument. If the 15% is included, so be it. If you want to leave a bit more for fantastic service, do so. If you feel you want to leave a little extra on the French side over the price of the check, go ahead. It's your vacation -- relax and do as you wish.
