We have been to Mullet Bay and Simpson Bay Beach the past two days. No seaweed at all. Mullet would range from no waves to big waves and then back to calm. Simpson Bay (Karakter) was more calm with the occasional wave. Pretty good undertow at both beaches. I would use caution and pay attention no matter what beach I was at as the wind as been pretty intense.
I would speculate Orient/Dawn would have a lot of sand blowing also.
