OK, once again, people, the OP did not ask for other recommendations. They want to know about Empress. As far as no discount for TTOL members, I actually am not aware of any car rental place in SXM that offers a discount for TTOL members. And, as Pat said, partial week rentals are much higher per day than a weekly rental.
