Sounds like you don't care anymore for this trip, but what specifics were you looking for regarding the Passaat dinner cruise? It's basically the same as the sunset cruise until you return to where they "dock," at which time dinner is served with all the twinkling lights of Simpson Bay surrounding you. Everyone sits at the large dining table. Salad with choice of dressing; choice of chicken or mahi mahi; sides but I can't remember what they are; coconut pie dessert. Back to land around 9 PM.
