Crepes again. Try this mix in a blender 1 cup of milk, 1 egg, 1 cup of all purpose flour, teaspoon of salt and tablespoon of vegetable oil. The trick to get a thin crepe is to heat up your pan with some vegetable oil. Pour mix in center of pan and smooth out to produce crispy edges. Take pan off heat and side to side shift oil. Get a stack of four add jams, or bananas, butter and syrup. Remember always better in SXM. Going to Cupecoy Beach again this morning. We walk from the Sapphire nice and easy. Planning to use Sapphire pool this afternoon and then have our Patriots game leftovers. Was at Le Grand Marche yesterday just before the market was robbed. Whew! Tonight Casino....
