Medical care for sure is a BIG issue! That is the number one reason why we decided not to move to the Caribbean when we 'retired'--although we're both still working here in Florida...... <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/duh.gif" alt="" />

I do think the original poster was talking about retiring in the US though.
