Nice report!
And they wonder why boarding is slow...
One thing I've learned staying at hotels frequently, is if you are unhappy, let them know. Is are they have better renovated rooms they could move you to. Only once did I stay somewhere where they couldn't move us. I now also print out the booking that has a picture of the room too.
