That I'm real fuzzy on. Carol - Mercure Simpson Bay is an all-inclusive hotel in Nettle Bay and yes you may check out the RCI or II directories and not be a member. Trade Winds Cruise Club (sailing TS) is also on the French side but I'm not sure if they are still active.
