I believe you're speaking of Paradise Cafe. I mentioned it earlier referencing the exquisite throne-like chairs that made you feel like royalty when seated in them - great food and great atmosphere and when it got a little later and the dinner crowd thinned out, the music and the waiters could really rock that place. They made a seafood app served in/on a seashell shaped tortilla that was out of this world.
