I thought I'd share this information since I recently purchased a Lambada trip on the auction site that the St. Maarten Hospitality and Trade Association sponsors and it was a great deal. They have a number of auctions running, and while I'm not interested in the goods (watches,etc.) I did see a number of hotel stays of various lengths that I thought might be of interest to folks on this board. If anyone is interested the site is www.auctionsxm.com and it might be worth a look. As a disclaimer, I don't have any affiliation with the site but thought bringing it to the attention of the Traveltalk members might help the SHTA raise some money and also get some people a good deal.
