If the buildings are "delivered" mid-November, meaning the main construction is completed (buildings, patios, parking lot etc...) this would leave only 1 week for the tenants, to complete the interior. My own pick of end of December for the Grand Opening of the 1st restaurant looks better and better everyday. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Groovin.gif" alt="" />
