No worries. You will just have to do two ferry legs. Catch a ferry that will get you Tortola. Speedys has service to VG from Roadtown and Trellis Bay. You may need to do a taxi depending where you land on Tortola and your arrival time at STT. We have done the two leg trip successfully quite a few times on the same day as we got into STT.
