There you go, I took it as an opinion and you took it as an insult. I think that many who have visited the island have experienced poor service as well as exceptional service. And, as so often happens, the tales of poor service are shared over and over.

Maybe she has had experiences on the island that are less than stellar.

Me personally, I've had a million wonderful experiences associated with my visits to the island and can not remember a single experience that was less than positive.

It might be easier to ignore a comment that you don't agree with than to become insulting yourself.
