Thank You all! - for the separate thread - The Sugar Mill thread seemed to have some veteran restaurant commenters.
And Thanks for the 'Cloud Room' - name and articles - I particularly remember some excellent West Indian Pumpkin Soup and the ride back downhill in the dark to the boat.
The hillsides of Tortola looked like a multi colored green checkerboard back then with so many small plots of land being cultivated or pastured.
