I don't know what Platinum Membership is and how much it is. I couldn't even find it on your site. All I know is I paid $59 for 1 year membership and my ad took 10 days to get posted which I found out of line and I told you so. I've used other ads sites in the past and posting was immediate with no distinction between low and high season posting.

I didn't mean to hurt your business by posting my own experience but I maintain that when I pay $59/year to become a member of your Community, I expect a higher level of service. My ad should have been posted in 24hrs max and not 10 days later.
Like I also said, my TS is now rented thanks to my posting on your site so I gave you credit for that too.
No hard feelings on my end, just my honest and factual feedback to improve the process.
