Not Jazzgirl, but yes, you can drive all the way in right up to the doorstep of the restaurant.

When we were there in April we didn't realize this and parked where the signs indicated and then we carried all our beach things - towels, beach bags, cameras etc., in. You don't want to know what I was thinking when we found we could have driven......but in the end, it was such a nice day that the walk in fades in memory by comparison.
