Brian, I haven't made them in a hundred years, but I think this is the recipe I used. The page has sticky stuff on it, so it must be the one!

Pecan Tassies

Makes 24

Crust:
1 stick unsalted butter
3-oz package cream cheese
1 cup flour
pinch salt

Make sure butter and cream cheese are at room temperature. Mix all ingredients together by hand, roll into 24 balls, and press balls into miniature muffin tins.

Filling:

3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 egg
1 T melted butter
1/2 t salt
1 t vanilla
3/4 cup finely chopped pecans

Mix filling ingredients and fill shells. Bake at 300 degrees for approximately 20 minutes. Cool in pan.
