White Squall II Curried Rice Salad

1 cup uncooked rice (cook as directed and cool)

Paste: blend together with a fork:
1 TB. mayo
1 TB. medium curry powder
1 TB. soya sauce
1 TB. worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Add to rice and paste mixture:

1 red apple, cored (with skin, cut up in pieces)
2 slices pineapple (drained, cut up in pieces)
2 TB. raisins

Sprinkle with coconut bits and paprika
