[color:"blue"]STRAWBERRY CIFFFON PIE[/color] By Ruth Brown/Dot Atwood
1 Pkg. Frozen Strawberries 1 Pint Strawberry Ice Cream 1 Pkg. Strawberry or Lemon or Apple Jell-O (sugar free OK) 1 Prepared Graham Cracker Pie Crust Whipped topping
1) Place frozen strawberries in colander to thaw, reserving strained liquid. 2) Add water to Strawberry liquid to make 1 ¼ cups and bring to a boil and pour over dry Jell-O mix. 3) Add pint ice cream and stir until melted and put in refrigerator for ½ hour or until mixture begins to congeal and holds shape. 4) Fold in strained strawberries and put all in Graham Cracker Crust. 5) Put whipped topping on immediately and put back in fridge to set.
