Coming from the airport its on the left hand side of the road a little down and across the road from the Royal Palm Resort. It's one of three or four businesses occupying the ground floor of a smaller multi-storied property and is an indoor dining venue whose plate glass windows read Luna Rosa Ristorante Italiano. It's almost directly across the street from another very popular bar/restaurant, Toppers I'm thinking. We were introduced to it by Sharon Harris who knows her restaurants.
