Well - at least they got to stay at The Towers <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Grin.gif" alt="" /> ================ Our least enjoyable flight experience, and there were a few, was our United flight to Dublin out of JFK, left the gate at 8pm (on time),at 12:30am the plane was still sitting on the tarmac at JFK, no food, no water, no bathroom, just announcements that everything is fine, etc., etc. and of course since they departed "on time" all of the subsequent issues were the fault of the folks at the airport - sometimes getting to "paradise" one must go thru "hell", I think Mark Twain once said that on one of his many trips to Bermuda.
