I don't think it would do any good, if you want to stay there, you have to pay your maintenance fees. If you don't pay the fees, they have the right to terminate your contract. You can show them the obligations, they can say they've repaired a few things, replaced a few things, but definitely not keeping it up to par. The owner does not care, he would like to sell the place and there have been offers, or so I've been told, but nothing that panned out. The people that work there would love it to be sold and brought back to something to behold, but if and until that happens, you are stuck with it's limitations.
