The only negative comments I have ever heard about the Belair is the second bedroom is small and it's a little isolated but Front Street is walkable, at least during the day.. Other than that people seem to really love it. A poster here, Tom, is recently back from several weeks there as an owner so you might want to check his notes on his trip.
