Thanks for your thoughts. We are planning to go down around the end of April before we move the boat back north. It really sounds like somewhere nice that is off the beaten trail as you point out. You mentioned good Restaurants, any of them you would say are "don't miss" ones? I'm with you on giving the pigs beer....
