OK, here come some of my standard stupid questions--
1) How do you guys cook it?? It's messy, it's stinky.. Some people cook it in the oven, I think?? I like my bacon CRISP.. (Eric says, 'burnt'...)
2) Once it's cooked, how long can you keep it in the fridge?? What about cooking strips and putting in the freezer? Or, of course, crumbles. I would think that would be easiest to freeze?
3) And, was having a hankering for spaghetti carbonara.. Have never cooked it myself. Anyone have a good, fairly easy recipe??
