Brian, I'm going to make this for my supper tonight. Of course I will be cooking in it the oven because to be honest with you I don't really know how to use the grill. That was always Paul's domain. I have a red and a green pepper in the fridge so I'll be making it with those. Now to see what I can find for dressing.
