We've been there a couple of times, staying a couple of days once in our RV and once in a tiny motel room. Liked it a lot both times (once in May and once in late September), although they were both midweek so not much going on. Nice pools and clubhouse and the hiking is unmatched compared to any other clubs that I know of. You can walk long hikes au naturel, plenty of trails. Dusty, yes, but was not an issue with us. Feel free to IM with any other questions.
