I find it very rude and annoying that locals are given preference at C&I. I pay my ticket just like everyone else. They should have 2 lines one for locals and the other for non-locals. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/thumbsdown.gif" alt="" />
