Personally, I feel if a cop is patrolling to ticket then why have disc. Couldn't the tire be chalked or something?
Also, wouldn't it be better use of police for crime other than parking infringement? IMO
At least it will have a police presence that is sorely needed in that area.
I don't know if 1:45 is enough time to enjoy a dinner and get back to the car in time especially if it's a group. I'd hate to have to be mindful about getting to the car in time as it takes some of the enjoyment out of the evening.
