Pat--my dear, I think you're thinking about the wrong Philippe! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Smile.gif" alt="" /> There is Philippe who runs Tiko Tiko and as far as I know, he is still on island. The Philippe who used to run Captain Oliver's is no longer on island, as far as I know. Living in Florida, I think.
