Yes they do rent two lounge chairs and one umbrella for $20.00. The restaurants and the boutique are open to everyone. Be aware that Happy Hour at the Perch is at 2:30...get two drinks for the price of one.
Have a great vacation in the best place in the world...this is subjective of course. WARNING...St. Martin is addictive...you go once and you will be back!
