A few downpours this am so I'll catch up on the highlights.

Full Moon: Our 22nd anniversary was Sat. and there was a full moon! Had drinks at Calmos Cafe with our feet in the sand. The cumin meatballs and beef satay were tasty.
The lolos were quite crowded as was Le Cottage; everything else was dead. Returned to the villa where we gazed at the moon from the pool deck...great evening.

Tasty Treats:At Le Piment in Orient Village we really enjoyed a pizza with shaved zuchinni, chunks of salmon and mushrooms. The owner is very attentive and takes good care of the customers.

Loved the roasted camambert with pesto at Bikini...never thought to add pesto to roasted cheese <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Thumbsup.gif" alt="" />

Snacks at Rancho del Sol very good. Most people don't seem to like the food here, but we do and the view is great. I think they have moved the price to $1:$1.20.

Kokomarina by far the BEST on the beach. Marina looks radiant 5 months into her pregnancy. Daughter #2 arrives in September.

Monday night Lobster Night at La Plantation was so so.

The New Radisson: Gorgeous grounds with lush plantings. So clean!! Plenty of security on the grounds.
The pool is magnificient. No more than 20 people between the beach and the pool. Had a snack at the beachside restaurant and they would not accept travelers checks...whoa...that was a first. We later spoke to a manager and suggested that they re-think that policy; he was very cordial and called it a "training issue." If you go there, bring some cash just in case. Anse Marcel is a lovely secluded area and we hope it stays that way.
