If you are at the base at 4, you can probably do the boat briefing that evening which would make it easier to get out that morning. If you arrive on island at 4, might not happen by the time you get to the base, but still a possibility. Worst case, you can push to do it first thing the next morning, just have to remind them again in the morning.
