One shooting in SXM when money and roberry was the motive is obvious. 69 shot in Chicago over memorial day weekend is very unsettling and considering over 450 shot in the first 5 months...That's really unsettling. SXM is still a relatively safe place to travel to if you are smart. If you walk around being flashy with a ton of cash problems can find you. Chicago has a population of roughly 2.7 million people. SXM is less than 100k or, for perspective, roughly the same as Lawrence, Kansas. On a per capita basis SXM had more shootings over Memorial Day weekend than Chicago.
