Exactly!! We used Hertz once. Decent car, okay price, but miserable service. Granted, this was a long time ago. They couldn't understand why we wanted the little car we had reserved and they were unhappy with us when we refused the van type vehicle they said was all they had left. We moved on to Lesley and never looked back.

I have to admit, we used Best Deal in April and we were very satisfied with our rental but they do NOT provide airport pick-up and drop-off and we had to go to their office both ways, but in all our past rentals with Lesley we never had to go elsewhere to do paperwork. Is this something new?
