Is there a good place to buy beer by the case that isn't too expensive?

As a long time beer snob, there is no good place in the Caribbean for a huge selection of craft beers especially IPAs and if you do find one, it probably will be $50+ for a case, which i would gladly pay. When in Rome theory.

I believe Tico's has a few IPA's, I would suggest you order all you think you will drink prior to leaving the dock. We had an IPA drinker on our boat in 2015, I think it was under $40 per case.

I have stocked mostly the standard Island fair with the Carib and Presidente. I got one case of the Island Hops. Are the prices for cases much more on VG (at say Levrick or BEYC)? Moorings is about $32 case for Carib.

Caribbean Cellars carries Carib, it is $24 a case. Quite a savings if you are ordering more then a few cases.

See if Caribbean Cellars can get a few cases of the USVI IPA. they have the "island hoppin' IPA" that is pretty good. unfortunately they are bottles only, so they kinda suck on a boat.

Yep, that could have saved me $50 if I had waited for a response. Thank you all for the input. I'll just have to start planning another trip...
