Another sunny day. First stop was Sarafina's in Marigot for breakfast. Shopped at the straw market great deals on shirts and spices. Headed to Friar's Bay for the hike to Happy Bay. Happy Bay was crowded all sorts of activities going on. Saw private boats, Rhino People, Jet Skis, as usual half of us were naked and half were textile. First time ever I saw the food guy was busy. Had dinner in our unit I love to cook. Last night was Karaoke night at the Sapphire. Actually had some good singers..... <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Clapping.gif" alt="" />

Bob, what kinds of things do you cook on the island? Do you get fresh fish at the market? Any local delicacies? I love to cook as well, but find my creations on the island are somewhat uninspired.

I do Rosemary Chicken. Lot,s of garlic stir in white wine and olive oil. Topped with brocolli. Also like hot sausage with peppers and onions with spagetti and tomatoe sauce. Always served with a baguette. One last dish I buy sliced up chicken that's marinated and has peppers and onions mixed in. I mix finger potatoe,s and brocolli with the chicken....
