Hi all!

Can anyone confirm that all of the hiking trails behind BEYC and Biras Creek Resort are still accessible now that Biras Creek Resort is closed? We want to do some good hiking this trip!

We were there in April as well and took "Guy's Trail" which started at BEYC near where they do the kiteboarding lessons, Biras was deserted. We ended up overlooking the moorings at Biras Creek.

Great hike! awesome views of the Gorda peninsula looking up towards Oil Nut Bay. I did this in December and was surprised by how strenuous it was...and how creepy once over on Biras side since everything is shut down...like time stood still. All should be in good physical condition!

Biras is very creepy but fun to explore. Chess pieces were still on the beach, so we played a few games before moving on.

Please take time to go over to Fat Virgin Cafe. It is a great place to have a drink with super food and fabulous view at the waterside. They are struggling since the demise of Biras through absolutley no fault of their own.

I second a visit to The Fat Virgin. Stopped off in January and the food was spot on. One of my go to spots every time down! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/dine.gif" alt="" />

Thanks for all the posts. We will be hiking there for sure.

No need to sell us on Fat Virgin. It is one of our favorite lunch spots in the BVI and one that is ALWAYS on our Float Plan. We will continue to support them each and every trip.
