We understand the Barefoot Terrace Restaurant on the boardwalk in Philipsburg by the Wathey Pier has closed. Has anyone taken it over or is anything open there now?

I was told a few weeks ago that Diamonds International will be expanding into where Barefoot Rest was. This was from a taxi driver while I was sitting with on the bench just outside Barefoot.
Don't know how accurate this info is but, It was from a resident.

The building has been demolished and construction is occurring on the site.
